I had a really tough week at work and wasn’t in the mood for a lot of back-and-forth. Kay phoned me and was extremely professional, keeping the interaction brief and to the point — which I really appreciated. She kept me updated via email, and the claim was finalised in no time. Really grateful that this process didn’t add any extra stress to my week!
