I had a really positive experience with OUTsurance. The sales agent who assisted me was friendly, patient, and extremely professional. He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made sure I fully understood my options. He helped me choose an insurance plan that is well suited to my needs and also provided quotes for additional cover. What I really appreciated was that there was no pressure to add extra policies when I decided to review those options at a later stage, he respected my decision completely. The car insurance plan I selected is not only far more affordable than what I was paying before, but it also covers exactly what I actually need.
