I had a puncture/blowout on the N17

I had a puncture/blowout on the N17. I was alone and very afraid. I called Outsurance and they sent roadside assistance within 15 minutes. During the time of waiting, suspicious people were loitering around. I was petrified. The Outsurance team quickly and swiftly replaced my tyre with my spare and told me it is extremely dangerous for me to be alone on that stretch of the highway, and in fact they are at risk as well. As there finished, 4 men were walking towards us. The oytsurance team hurried me into my vehicle and asked me to move, move, move. They followed me for a long stretch and kept calling to ask if I was alright. I was traumatized by the experience, in fact till today, I am not feeling well. I really dont know what would have happened to me if Outsurance did not arrive so swiftly. Thank you to the team who assisted me on the phone and on site. Im extremely please and grateful for the service received by Outsurance🙏🙏🙏
