I had a puncture on a very unsafe road. Iwas terrified. Outsurance responded to my call immediately and help arrived within minutes. The gentleman was kind, efficient and reassuring.My tyre was replaced with the spare within minutes. And this was not my first awesome experience. About 3 years ago I had a puncture on a run flat tyre. Even then I received the same high quality service. A tow truck arrived within minutes and my vehicle was safely towed.
