I had a problem where I made a first time vet visit with my dog Oreo. The vet diagnosed that Oreo is Cryptoorchid (unilateral) and had a benign cyst on his lip. I forwarded the diagnosis to Outsurance. They investigated the diagnosis and agreed to pay for the treatments. The process was efficient and their agent Tiamo was extremely helpful throughout the process. I am impressed with the service.
