I had a gyser burst claim , and called outsurance a very freindly lady Itumeleng took my call , you could hear from her voice that she is ready to assist, she registered a claim and appointed a service provider who contacted me within an hour , and the following day they were ready to replace my gyser and Nonie from assessment department joined Itumeleng finalising my claim, all with care and professionalism.
