I had a great experience with OUTsurance. Fortunately this was "the first time" someone decided that they need the tools in my garage more than me. I reported the theft to the police. The same day I called OUTsurance. They were very professional. While I spoke to the claims department I received an email from them. Long story short within a short while the claim was processed. Now I am busy replacing all my ****** tools. Thank you for your response and assistance. I really appreciate you.
