I had a good experience with the agents over the phone. My premiums are a little high which I hope can be reduced in the future , but they assisted me with a discount and made sure I get the best cover. Both the agents I spoke to were friendly, understanding and showed pride in their work. Overall, my premiums are a bit high but the customer service was excellent
