I had a claim with Outsurance... something that I absolutely dislike is to phone into a call Centre. The way I was assisted and guided through the process by Sibongile Mabathu was not just professional but efficient! It is for reasons like this that you have insurance, and as an added bonus a friendly and kind individual that makes it easier to go through a claims process. Please keep it up to employ people that is both kind and helpful... what a great culture to have in a company!
