I had a claim for my pet that I needed to be logged. Jarryd Reddy at Outsurance assisted me with the process from start to finish. He was extremely professional, and kept me updated regularly both on email and telephonically. This was my first claim for my pet and it was absolutely hassle free. Definitely super happy with the service from Outsurance team, in particular, Jarryd Reddy.
