I had a burst geyser and to make it worse, it was a public holiday
I had a burst geyser and to make it worse, it was a public holiday. Within 10 minutes of logging a request online, Dini Hotane called and assisted me in getting help. She was friendly, efficient and very helpful. It did not feel like "just doing her job", she sure went the extra mile (or 2). Thank you Dini.
