I got the worst service ever with you guys
<p>You instructed me to take the car to the panel beater, and it's been 5 months, but today you don't know where my car is? You reject a claim 3 months later, but you continue debiting account, for only fire and theft cover which you never discussed with me. It's time I bring in lawyers for you guys, had enough already </p>

Our claims manager Shakeel has spoken to you regarding the incident. You had an accident on the 24th of November 2016 and you only reported the incident to us on the 21st of Jan 2017. You continued to drive the vehicle in the condition it was after the incident. You caused further damage to the vehicle by not reporting the incident and you continued driving it in its damaged state. Unfortunately we don't cover consequential loss.

You see Kevin, those dates you provided aren't correct! My car was collected by a towing truck on the 28th of November 2016, which was requested by Outsurance. This also proves that you don't know what you're talking about
