I got my money's worth

Great service Outsurance. Welldone! I recently had an incident (hit a pothole) and one of my tires burst and the control arm was damaged too. We made a call to Outsurance, and within minutes (might have been15 mins or so) , we got help, our vehicle was towed for inspection. While we waited, we were constantly being called and updated on the progress, the inspections, the damage and related costs, the claiming process and the approval of the claim. All of this process took 3 days (I was expecting more). Our vehicle is currently being repaired, and we expect to collect within a day or 2. Awesome job by Outsurance and their service providers.
