I got involved in an accident hit and run ,when I phoned my outsource company the car was still moving, they told me by the ousurance,staff member to take my car for damage assessments and when I reached there ,the guy did assessments and he processed my details, and they phoned me back after two working days and they confirmed my banking details, and the money was paid in my account to choose any garage/ work shop to go and fix my car and the rest is history, so fast,so easy no issues when paying, and I really appreciate that and I will even tell my friends and families about outsurance.
