I give up communication fail 😔

Somewhat annoyed. Outsurance send me an SMS they would like to quote me. I accept hey my car isn't financed anymore. They can't beat the premium promise an email. Nothing no email. Fine go on the website which encourages you to use social media channels to communicate. Twitter no response.

Now I log online no email addresses to send any queries. I try get my policy doc on my Life Protector the schedule is ******* and the "policy document" is just random info pet insurance etc etc

How can only sales work the rest fails?

Time to cancel that policy with this annoyance.

I do not need to be forced to call the call centre surely...
