I get ******-all OUT from OUTsurance!!

An Outsurance client crashed into the back of my car on 29 September 2014, and 5 months later I'm still struggling to get something OUT!!! <br> <br> I'm a 3rd party claimer against Outsurance, who have insured the vehicle that crashed into the back of mine. After 2 months they provided an offer for settlement of R20,000 for an assessed R66,000 damages on my vehicle! Now, after 5 months I'm still arguing with their legal department to try and provide a reasonable settlement on the claim. All this for an accident I didn't cause!! (Oh, I didn't mention that they also accused me of causing some of the damages to my vehicle, without even consulting the police accident reports where it is clear as daylight that their insured caused the accident!)<br>
