I find it very frustrating and stressful how insistent the sales reps are. I prefer having time to make a choice, especially when taking out a big contract like car insurance. So having the sales rep pressure you to complete the process is very stressful. In addition to this, since so much of what the rep has to say is scripted, the whole interaction becomes very rigid. It feels like I need to ne reading my answers from multiple choice list rather than just having a conversation with the person. The sales rep was good at his job, but the whole experience was stressful and robotic because of the structure the rep is forced to follow
