I dont feel like i'm insured

I closed my pool with a pool cover since it's winter, I left my pull pump running & only started to check (opening the cover) after 6 weeks, only to find the water has dropped & there's no circulation what so ever, yet the pool pump is still running, which made me believe everything was in order.<br> I called my insure OUTSURANCE & was told to fill up the pull 1st for them to start assessing the root course of the problem.<br> This is very shocking, my access with them is R2200 but they still want me to incur cost of filling up water only for them to assess the claim WHICH might decline. <br> What's the use of having them if I'm going to be spending this much?<br>
