I did not end up taking up the policy due to the price but I must say the way I was treated after that was impressive. You would expect a company to want nothing to do with you after not getting your business but OUTsurance still gave superb service. The person who called me to say I earned R500 because Outsurance couldn't match my existing policy was so pleasant and made it feel like I won a competition. Beside price, the interaction left a positive impression in me regarding OUTsurance as a company.
