I did an enquiry via the app for a quote, an i was contacted in less than 24hrs but I couldn't speak at the time of the 1st call. Solomon the gentleman that called me agreed to call me the following day at a particular time as I specified. On 1st call I gave him a brief description of what im looking for, so that he could have all the info by the time he called me back. I wasn't disappointed. He called on time, and I didn't have to repeat what I said in the 1st call. He gave me all the info I asked for and more. He answered every question with assurance. I got the premium for less than what he estimated. He was super friendly and polite. I was extremely happy with my experience. Outsurance has not disappointed me since I started with them and I trust they will continue with the quality service and adhering to TCF.
