I decided to run a quote with Outsurance online, and submitted my info. Within 2 minutes, a lovely lady called Juliette called me back to fine tune my insurance needs, and gave me a quote I was happy with - she even managed to beat my current premium by R350. It was an enjoyable call and by the time it came to saying goodbye, I was an Outsurance client. It’s refreshing to find an insurer that makes you feel like a person, not just a policy number.
