I decided to get a quote after my friend Jacques suggested it and after an online enquiry I received a phone call within 1 minute. The lady made it clear that she was new in her position, but I found her to be super efficient and sincere. She also had a good sense of humour and did not sound as if she was reading the questions. I felt very comfortable with her answers to my questions and she was a pleasure to deal with. I could not believe my saving! When she sent through the quote it was exactly as per what we discussed. No fuss just clear info and I found it so easy to compare it like for like to my existing (now previous) insurance company.
