I dealt with two gentlemen today, Leroy from Client care and Maison from Facility review. It's great to speak to advisors who are present and willing to help. After the loss of my mother, it's difficult to process her things administratively. However, speaking to these two today was delight as I made the necessary changes on the policy. Thank you very much to the both of them for the awesome service and support they gave.
