I dealt with Outsurance on behalf of my elderly Dad

I dealt with Outsurance on behalf of my elderly Dad. He lost his car keys. I took a change to phone Outsurance to ask if he is covered for that. I got through to Lee-andre van Tonder. Not only did she assist me in Afrikaans, but the service exceptional. Not even 5 minutes after our call, I got an email to say that a claim was registered. Again, within 5 minutes of submitting the quote, she called to say that it was approved and will be paid. When she asked me how we will get the vehicle to the locksmith, I told her that we will arrange towing of the vehicle. She then immidiately informed me that we are covered and she will get a towing company. This morning, the towing company called us to arrange pick-up. Our vehicle is already with the supplier.
