I dealt with an amazing patient friendly and kindly young lady S Naidoo. From the review department. She remained professional throughout the call and treated me like a human being not a number. I appreciated her patience and her honesty and how although I was a little cheesed off in the beginning she remains cool calm and collected through out the process which is rare in this world.
