I contavted OUTsurance about replacing the windscreen of one of my vehicles, after a very helpfull and friendly discussion and advise, the operator asked me about my monthly installments and also asked if i would be interested in a mechanical warenty for the older vehecle, he put me through to another department and once again was helped by a very friendly and professional operator, who did not only help but gave good advise and assistance, i ended up adding the mechanical warenty and even pay less than i did before the transaction, i am honestly impreseed with the service i got from these two operators/ salea advisors.
