I contacted Outsurance yesterday as I remembered that it offers the motor vehicle insurance cover I needed. A consultant phoned me back and during an excellent conversation he mentioned the word 'ESSENTIAL'. Exactly what I was looking for. He clearly outlined the policy cover and in no time at all insurance was arranged. Although the conversation was long we had a friendly and from his side a knowledgable chat. When I put the phone down I was extremely happy and grateful that I had found an insurance company that provided what I need and one which put across a message that it puts its new clients in high regard.
