I contacted outsurance via the app at the scene of the accident. Immediately I was called by an agent who was very concerned by first asking if I was injured etc. The Towing services were called by autsurance and they were at the scene within minutes. Every step was handled with professionalism. Outsurance even requested the towing service to take me home to unpack my personal belongings out my vehicle before it went to their accident assessment yard. Absolutely fantastic service received especially if one is still shaking from the shock of the accident. Within in a day, I was notified my claim was approved and my vehicle has been towed to a panel shop. I will never hesitate in recommending outsurance to any one. They were just awesomely wonderful Bev.
