I contacted outsurance to request advice on submitting a claim for my Rottweiler. Kaylin White was absolutely amazing. The service from start to finish was professional and efficient. She explained the process, was very clear on what I needed to do and set clear expectations of the excess and how the policy worked. She followed up with a phone call and email. I submitted the documents on Saturday and by Wednesday my claim was paid. I work in the financial services industry so I am well aware of customer service.
