I contacted Outsurance on the 21/05/2025, as I received a renewal letter with my new installment and there was a few amendments I had. I was transferred to retentions. The call cut off and I was called back immediately which was very impressive, the consultant mentioned I have an excellent profile of 16 years with Outsurance which was also so impressive and he immediately started going through the questions I had. I was extremely happy with the new rate and the efficient, professional service I received. An extremely good experience with a most friendly and helpful consultant.
