I contacted OUTsurance last week Thursday about my premium, which I felt was too high. The consultant I spoke to was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. She took time to listen to my concerns and managed to reduce my monthly installment with R100. I also wanted to add credit shortfall to my policy and she explained everything clearly and made the process simple. I really appreciate the excellent service I received.
