I changed to OUTsurance because they were true to their word and helped me get a better quote on both my cars. I now save a total of R450 a month and the app is easy to use. I didn’t have to drive anywhere for a vehicle inspection. I just loaded pictures on the app, following easy to use prompts and once everything was uploaded. They followed up with a call to let me know all was in order and my cars were covered. It really was such a good experience from a customer service point of view
