I changed to OUTsurance about a year ago and this was my first claim, a burst geyser. The advisor was efficient, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the fact that I had personal contact with her throughout the process. She kept me informed from the start to the end and I could just press a button as a reply on a sms or email for her to phone me back. My claim was paid out in just 2 days which financially really helped a lot.
