I can't think of a title suitable enough for this review to say I'm disgusted is an understatement

We had a break in at my house during loadshedding when no one was home all TVs gaming consoles and 2 appliances was taken amongst a few more items I went to saps reported my case , and then contacted outsurance for my home content insurance claim , today the assessor came out to validate the house I was then asked to explained the incident and how Access was gained I provided all required pictures receipts aswell as my Google timeline I had to show the assessor my bank transactions aswel however I couldn't provide receipts for items that was bought more than 5 years ago or within the last 3 years but had pictures after being cross question I allowed the assessor to take pictures of where the items was standing as she said that is required she then proceeded going to my back yard to take pictures without my consent and asked me to open my bedroom cupboard doors and took pictures of what was inside i then showed her to my moms room where her TV was and she put me out of my mom's bedroom and started to question her my mom is over 50 years of age and suffers from depression high blood pressure aswell as other chronic illness she recently went to the doctor and was asked if she had a stroke and to take things easy before her operation I told the assessor my mom's sleeping she's on medication but this didn't seem to bother her one bit ,she then questioned me again saying my mom inlaw said this my 3 year old toddler said that i understand she's doing her job she then takes photos of the door measurements etc when walking her out we spoke casually and I told her about how my experience has been since living here I was shocked at the comments she made asking if I'm scaring her and saying she's not scared I was furious at this point i then contacted a family lawyer and was advised on the following steps . this assessor has no customer ethics she was intrusive and lacks empathy .. i will be contacting the ombudsman to report my experience . If I could rate outsurance 0 stars I would
