I cannot fault the claims agent Moshale she was superb and I also cannot complain about Allen he received the change of plan and within minutes he arranged to fix my chip same day. The previous supplier got me address wrong and wanted to book the repair at my home address when I explicidly said I'm working through the december period and would need someone to come to my work address to do the repair. The guys from alberton only wanted to help tomorrow Allen from Wize crack came out in no time. He was pleasant and amazing. Such an amazing job he did. The complain I have is the mix up with addresses and the sms both hubby and I had where we were informed of possible excess when the claim was for a chip not a windscreen replacement. The sms is extremely misleading. But I love Outsurance!!!
