I can truly say that I have received outstanding service from Outsurance. From putting through a query on the app on a Sunday night...called by Tumi on Monday morning who set the ball rolling to have my claim finalised. I was kept updated every step of the way..phone calls, emails etc. I truly felt like a valuable customer. My claim has been settled now and I am indeed a proud Outsurance customer.
