I called to cancel insurance on a vehicle that was sold but also to insure a new one. I wasn’t that happy with the new rate so I asked for discount. Which was given after some discussion. I found the consultant very knowledgeable, easy to speak with and very professional. I sometimes think about changing insurance companies but really outsurance are outstanding!
