I called them regarding my funeral cover

I called them regarding my funeral cover. After discussing that they asked if I have a car and home insurance. I told them I have, they offered to check if they can beat my current premium. They said if they can't they will pay me up to 1500. After assessing they realised they cannot beat my premium they promised to pay me R500 instead so I'm expecting it to be paid on 25/01/2025. I like their strategy and integrity. The money will come in handy on this challenging month. Looking forward to receiving it 😀
