I called them 10:30 on Monday morning 3rd of March to lay a claim for a cracked windscreen. By 12:30 I recieved a call to say may claim has been forwarded to Auto boys in Bloemfontein. On Tuesday morning 8:30 they arrived at my house and replace the windscreen. There service was excellent and from the claim to the finished job was under 24 hours. I salute OUTsurance
