I called outsurance with regards a claim I needed to make , The phone rang once and the consultant answered the phone. Helped me through the steps I need to take , thereafter they were consistent on updating me on how and tracking my claim until was paid out in full . I would recommend outsurance is the best and for nothing beats communication . Communication is key
