I called Outsurance to query my premium

I called Outsurance to query my premium. I spoke to an agent and she said she would put me through to someone who could assist. I was holding for a while and decided to hang up and try another time. To my surprise I received a call back from Outsurance within a few minutes. The agent that assisted me was Shafik. He was pleasant, spoke really well and clearly and sorted my query out within a few minutes. I have been with Outsurance for about 30 years or more and this experience reinforced exactly why I have been a customer for so long.
