I called Outsurance to go through my policy as I have recently gone on pension and needed to see if I could bring my premium down. The amazing consultant who helped me was Owen Govender. He was exceptional. He was patient and certainly an expert. He showed empathy and made an effort to ensure I make the correct decisions that won't unnecessarily expose me to risk. He was so friendly and approachable, and I felt at ease. By the end of the call my premium was down just over R200. What a customer centric young man, clearly obsessed with service. Keep up the phenomenal client service Owen , you are an asset. Outsurance is No 1!!!!
