I called Outsurance to cancel insurance of the vehicle I just sold and transferred to a new owner- the consultants did the transaction immediately and reviewed all my insurances. They reviewed and lowered my premiums on covers I had not called to have reviewed. What savings I got! As well my covers were reclarified in the simplest words I will always remember and revised documents immediately emailed to me. I'm left speechless and happy as always. Cherry on top... I'm never a stranger to any consultant who services me for the more than 10 years as a client, same goes for my claims. Whatever the magic...keep it fuelled.
