I called on Thursday to say that I had dropped my phone

I called on Thursday to say that I had dropped my phone. They arranged for collection (delayed by me as I had to transfer data first). When I was ready the phone was collected the same day and set via courier to JHB and I got feedback later that day. As I forgot my sim in the phone they kindly returned it via courier the next day. The phone is beyond economical repair so I will be paid out in 2-3 working days for the claim. They also assisted me in updating my policy to include my new phone and accessories. The service is exemplary and the people on the other side of the phone really care.
