I called in yesterday afternoon to swap my vehicle insurance to a new car I have just purchased. I was ably assisted by an agent who was simply outstanding. Although it was close to knock-off time, she willingly went out of her way to assist. What impressed me the most was her courteous disposition, her friendliness and in-depth knowledge of your products. We went well beyond her office hours as she patiently explained your products in detail and eventually closed off the deal to my utmost satisfaction. Well done to Melanie for upholding the good name of Outsurance. My entire experience was superb.
