I called in the early hours of the morning, and got a response immediately. They informed that a technician would attend within a certain time, and he did. They called almost immediately after he left to report his findings, they told me that a rep would call the next day which he did. And they assisted and kept me up to date with no hassles. There was never a time I felt neglected or that I had to call. What they said they would do, the did, on the time they said they would do it. Excellent service
