I called in for customer service to review my car insurance, which I had for 2 cars. The first consultant referred me to the correct department. The second consultant verified my credentials and then asked if I was using my own airtime. He then offered to save me money by asking me to hang up and called me back within 10 seconds. This call took less than 30 minutes to review my car insurance cover and made the necessary amendments as I had requested.
