I bought a vehicle last week Friday at We Buy cars and the vehicle was insured with OUTSURANCE at We Buy cars... What didn't sit me well is that Outsurance debited the premium amount of R1161, 26 from my account without my consent, whereas the agreement was that the premium will star to run on my pay day which is on the 27th... Haven't had any time to call Outsurance to enquire about the debit order as I am way too busy with work stuff. I am not happy at all with the service I received with OUTSURANCE regarding the debit order which was made before my payment as per the agreement 😥...
