I asked for a quote from OUTsurance via SMS. The agent called me on Saturday morning when I was too busy. The agent was very friendly and helpful, but I rather rudely cut the call (sorry). A manager, John, called me on Easter Monday (wow) and was able to help me in a most professional way. My new OUTsurance policy on my BMW and household contents has more benefits than my previous service provider, and is saving me a whopping R600 per month. I am most impressed with both the personal service, excellent cover, and exceptional rates. I will recommend OUTsurance to anyone. Nicely done.
