I asked for a quote and they called me back within minutes, they were so friendly and it felt like I was talking to a friend. I felt like I was really being listened to and when I phoned a few weeks later about a concern, they were really sympathetic and really helped to calm my concerns and gave me fantastic advice. I feel like family with outsurance because it didn't go over trying to just make money out of me, they came up with a solution that will benefit me and that's why I love the staff at outsurance.
